Where We Started
Polsinello Fuels, Inc. was founded in 1952 by Lou Polsinello Sr. and Sue Polsinello in Rensselaer, NY. Originally, the company delivered heating oil and performed oil burner services. Over time Polsinello Fuels, Inc. grew into a regional supplier of heating oil, propane, gasoline, diesel, motor oils and lubricants. In addition, the Polsinello Family expanded the business to include convenience stores and truck stops beginning in the 1980s under the leadership of Lou and Sue’s son Louis Polsinello Jr. who was President from 1981 until 2019.
How We Grew
Between 2018 and 2020 Polsinello Fuels transitioned into Polsinello Lubricants with the successful divestmentfromfuel delivery and its other business segments. In 2019, Polsinello Lubricants acquired Automotive Dealer Supplies,ofMenands NY, which was owned and operated by the late Tony Nicholas. In 2021, Polsinello Lubricants Acquired Glove Chemical LLC,ofGloversville NY, which was owned and operated byourcurrent Accessory Division Manager, Alex Lensky.
Todays Mission
Today, Polsinello Lubricants Accessory Division is the fastest growing automotive product supplier in the Northeast. Our unique offering of multiple brands from several facilities, all while being family owned and operated makes it stand out amongst the competition. Our customers are confident knowing they have a company big enough to meet all their needs but local enough to sincerely care about each customer.
