Net Terms Purchasing (Subject to Approval) - To establish Net Terms Purchasing with Wholesale Automotive Products, please call for a credit application. If credit is approved, all merchandise delivered is to be paid within 30 days of the ship date.


Damaged Goods - Merchandise is shipped in good condition. Upon receipt of goods, if damage exists, please do the following:

1.) Retain the original shipping carton

2.) Contact Wholesale Automotive Products

3.) Notify your local carrier office and inform them that you have damaged goods to return to the shipper. We will re-ship your order at no charge and file a claim with the local carrier.

Returns - If you have goods you would like to return, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the order for an authorization number and send it to us prepaid. Returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee, credit only. Authorized returns must be shipped in original cartons, un-opened and accompanied by an invoice. Merchandise not properly packed that incurs damage will be credited at salvage value as determined by us.

Retailer’s Error - We agree to pay for all standard shipping costs, charge no restocking fees and accept all returned items when the return is a result of the retailer’s error.


Sales Tax is required to collect sales tax on all orders shipped to a New York address. Those who live outside New York will not be charged sales tax, but should consult applicable tax laws in their state.

Shipping Information
Shipping charges are determined based on the total amount of your order. These rates apply only to orders shipped via ground shipping within the 48 contiguous United States. Express Shipping is available on select items upon request. Please contact us for pricing and availability. Shipments to Hawaii and Alaska, APO/FPO addresses, Puerto Rico, and Canada will incur higher charges.

International Orders
We regret that we cannot ship directly to countries other than the US at this time.

Returns and Exchange Policy is dedicated to customer satisfaction. We will strive to remedy any problems, but we ask that you contact us within 14 days if you are unhappy with your order. Returns in new condition, in the original packaging are fully refundable; less the shipping fees it cost to get the item to you. If you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item minus the appropriate shipping. Returns must be received no later than 30 days from date of purchase. Occasionally, returned items may be subject to a re-stocking fee of up to 25% in addition to the shipping & handling charges.
